Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By joining the Tekla Toppings community and using our resources, you're agreeing to the standards we've outlined here. These guidelines help us provide the platform and services for everyone. If you find you're unable to agree to these terms, we unfortunately won't be able to move forward with providing our career platform and services to you.

2. Description of Services

I provide AI software and career services. Purchases such as the Core Career Platform include access to the MyProfiles platform, proprietary software developed by Sami Hermes AI Solutions Limited and licensed to TeklaToppings.com. Accessing our software gives you entry to the Career Masterclass Portal, Career AI Tools, and training materials alongside our professional tools including resume building, portfolio creation, and ATS optimization. Services include but are not limited to:

• Access to the MyProfiles platform and Career Masterclass Portal, including Career AI Tools
• Foundational AI
• One-on-one career training and implementation sessions
• Resume review, optimization, and creation services
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Portfolio website creation and support
• Interview preparation and training
• Career workflow and job search support
• Workshops and group training sessions
• Access to career resources and templates
• VIP Inner Circle: a private Telegram channel and related ongoing support for Live Training Cohort buyers who subscribe monthly

The specific services included in your purchase will be described in your selected plan or package.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you engage with my services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• Notify me immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you choose a split-payment plan, keep enough funds on the payment method you used at checkout so the second charge can succeed. Section 4.2 describes what happens if it does not.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, use another person's account without permission, or use the services for any illegal purpose. You may not resell or commercially exploit my services or content without authorization.

4. Payment Terms

My services are offered at the USD prices shown on my website or as communicated to you directly. By purchasing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan and provide accurate billing information. Display amounts in other currencies are described in section 4.3.

All payments are processed securely through Airwallex, our primary payment gateway. I do not store your full payment card details on my servers. If you paid by card through checkout, do not send a bank transfer. That purchase stays on the card, including the second installment of a split-payment plan. A bank transfer is only for a special case that is not a card checkout, and only when I agree to it in writing before any money is sent.

4.1 Subscription Services

Some products are ongoing subscriptions. They renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid, unless a payment fails or we end the subscription for non-payment or a breach of these Terms.

4.1.1 VIP Inner Circle

VIP Inner Circle (ledger name VIP Group) is a $20 USD per month subscription sold at teklatoppings.com/vip. It is available to people who have already purchased Live Training Cohort.

You are paying for access to a private Telegram channel and related ongoing support (including scheduled Q&A sessions and extra resources as offered). It is not a job-placement service. It does not include Live Training Cohort, Core Career Platform, or Premium Implementation unless those were purchased separately.

• The subscription renews each month on the billing date set by Airwallex until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time from teklatoppings.com/vip-login using the email you paid with. Cancel stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid. After that period ends, we remove Telegram access.
• A cancelled Airwallex subscription is not reused. A later purchase is a new checkout.
• If a renewal payment fails, Airwallex retries according to its billing recovery settings. If the subscription becomes unpaid or is cancelled for non-payment, we remove Telegram access. You may subscribe again after that subscription is closed.
• One active VIP Inner Circle subscription per email.

4.2 Installment (Split) Payments

For select products, I offer a two-installment split-payment plan:

• Live Training Cohort: two payments of $170 (total $340). The second payment is charged automatically 21 days after the first (shown at checkout as 3 weeks), to the same payment method.
• Premium Implementation: two payments of $1,299 (total $2,598). The second payment is charged automatically 30 days after the first (shown at checkout as 1 month), to the same payment method.
• Core Career Platform: full payment only; no installment option.

Access to your plan begins when the first installment is successfully paid. By selecting a split-payment plan, you authorize that second charge and agree to pay it when it becomes due. There are no further charges after that payment. You are responsible for keeping enough funds on that payment method on the due date.

If the second charge does not go through, access that depends on that purchase is restricted automatically. That includes the cohort, workshops, portal, and platform features included in the plan. If the second payment is not completed through the system, access is not granted. We cannot do admin work to give you access until that second payment has completed. Emailing us does not put you back in before it succeeds.

If you paid by card through checkout, do not send a bank transfer. The second payment is already connected to that card. Add funds to the same card. Airwallex retries the charge. When the second payment succeeds, access is restored automatically. You do not need to email us for that restore. If access is still missing after that charge has succeeded, email [email protected].

A bank transfer does not complete a card checkout, and it does not stop the card from being charged again once funds are there. The second installment is complete only when that card charge succeeds.

4.3 Currency and Display Amounts

Prices and checkout charges are in United States dollars (USD). Any Georgian lari (GEL) or other local-currency amount shown on the site is an approximation for convenience only, based on a published exchange rate at the time of viewing. It is not the amount billed. Your card issuer or bank may convert the USD charge into GEL or another currency at its own rate and may add conversion fees. Those fees are between you and your bank.

5. Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with my services. Please refer to my detailed Refund Policy for complete information on eligibility, timeframes, and the refund process.

6. Scheduling and Session Cancellations

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged
• No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed
• My Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time

7. Intellectual Property

My Content: All content, materials, templates, frameworks, and methodologies provided through my services remain the intellectual property of Tekla Toppings Limited (operating as Tekla Toppings). The MyProfiles software platform is the intellectual property of Sami Hermes AI Solutions Limited, licensed to TeklaToppings.com. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without express written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal information, resumes, and portfolios. By submitting your content, you grant me a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing my services to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Guarantee of Employment

While I strive to provide the best career platform and services, I do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes. Success depends on many factors including your skills, experience, and personal effort.

8.2 Service Availability

My services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekla Toppings Limited (and the Tekla Toppings brand) shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of my services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tekla Toppings Limited, its consultants, and agents from and against any claims or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of my services.

10. Privacy

Your use of my services is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which describes how I collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using my services, you consent to the practices described in my Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to my services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use my services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.

13. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion. Your continued use of my services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
